ISO 19650 - Organisation and Digitisation of Information about Buildings and Civil Engineering Works (BIM) 2:5.4.2: 5.4.2 Establish the delivery team's detailed responsibility matrix

What does 2:5.4.2 require?

Starting from the high-level matrix, the lead appointed party shall draw up a detailed responsibility matrix showing which information is produced, when and to whom it is passed, and which task team produces it. It considers the milestones, the high-level matrix, the production methods and procedures, which parts of the container breakdown structure each task team holds, and how production tasks depend on one another.
