What does R10-3 require?

For five years after placing a product on the market the importer must keep a copy of the declaration of conformity available to the authority and ensure the technical documentation can be produced on request; on a reasoned request it must supply all information and documents showing conformity in a language the authority understands, and cooperate in eliminating non-compliance.
