Validation planning specifies the procedural and technical steps that will show the safety system meets the system safety requirements spec (SRS) and the design requirements specification. It considers every requirement in both specifications; the procedures and pass/fail criteria for showing each safety function is implemented correctly, and has the integrity required; the test environment including tools and equipment and which are to be calibrated; test evaluation procedures with justification; test procedures and performance criteria for validating the specified electromagnetic immunity limits; and policies for resolving validation failures.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
