Regular quarterly works meetings, election meetings and meetings requested by the employer take place during working time unless the nature of the establishment requires otherwise; attendance time including extra travel time is paid as working time, and travel costs for meetings held outside working time for operational reasons are reimbursed. Other meetings are held outside working time unless the employer agrees otherwise, in which case pay may not be cut.
