A new or transferring assessor holds a degree in a food or bioscience field, or has worked two years full-time in food quality or safety, or both; has passed exams in audit technique built on ISO 19011 principles (at least 16 hours), the Development Program (4 hours), HACCP (16 hours), food fraud (2 hours) and food defense (2 hours); and has taken part, as trainee or assessor, in five or more food safety audits beyond primary production (second or third party, ten audit days in total) covering HACCP and PRPs. For packaging the assessor also holds a packaging degree, has two years in food packaging quality or safety, or, if already a Program food assessor, passes a 30-hour packaging technology course meeting WPO requirements covering packaging principles, law and standards, material manufacture, food specifics, quality and safety testing, printing and inks, recycling and design. Qualified FSSC 22000 auditors need only the Program and CAB procedure training.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
