FSSC Development Program Version 2.0 P4-2.3: FSSC monitoring, nonconformities and sanctions

What does P4-2.3 require?

The CAB takes part in FSSC monitoring and verification (remote or on-site reviews of files and process, assessor approval and registration, KPI monitoring) and supplies the documents asked for. Any breach is a nonconformity, raised by FSSC from its own findings or from users, clients, authorities, media or other credible feedback. The CAB logs it, responds in time with correction, cause investigation, impact analysis and a documented action plan (grade, cause, correction, action, owner, due date, effectiveness measure, close date), then acts on the causes, checks where else the problem could arise and prevents it; persistent failure or integrity risk leads to investigation and possible suspension or termination, which the CAB may appeal.
