Lead auditors hold APSCA Certified Social Compliance Auditor status (the transitional Registered Auditor route has closed); APSCA associate auditors may join teams if they meet pathway 4 (at least 90 days of social compliance industry experience and 20 social audit days). All auditors pass a 40-hour lead auditor course with exam on a management system standard of the ISO family that reflects ISO 19011, and the Foundation's scheme course and exams on PAS 24000 and the scheme modules. Approval follows a CB witnessed audit at a stage 2 or recertification (or two surveillances) and documented sign-off; approval is not tied to sector codes; auditors moving from another CB are always witnessed again (remotely if a feasibility check allows); and every auditor, trainees included, is registered on the Assurance Platform.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
