Competence for application review, team selection, planning and decision is defined on the basis of Annex A in ISO/IEC 17021-1, with documented initial and ongoing review and records. Certification decision makers meet that Annex, know the scheme and understand and can assess social management systems; technical reviewers meet the same apart from the last point, and one person may do both. Technical experts are approved for experience in the area, work under a qualified auditor and do not count toward audit time. Witnessors are FSSC 24000 auditors or equally competent technical staff, qualified and trained in witnessing, at least as competent as the function watched, and passive; an AB witness replaces the CB's own only for the first audit under a provisional license.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
