FSSC 24000 Social Management System Certification Scheme Version 1.0 P4-2.2.2: CB responsibilities, Integrity Program and sanctions

What does P4-2.2.2 require?

The CB cooperates with Foundation information requests, keeps accredited and non-accredited services clearly distinguished and its accreditation scope public, can show compliance at any time, follows the FSSC Code of Ethics, attends the annual Harmonization conference and shares it, informs its ABs of license changes, shares client information with the Foundation, SSCI and authorities where law requires, keeps procedures for integrity after serious events, keeps platform data correct, uses the logo only under license and sends an annual performance report. It takes part in the Integrity Program (desk reviews, auditor assessment, office assessments, witnessed audits, KPIs, breaches, complaints), records and answers every nonconformity with correction, root cause, impact analysis and a full action plan, extends action to where else the problem could occur, and responds to sanctions as notified.
