EU REACH Regulation (Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006) 33: Tell article recipients, and consumers within 45 days on request, about candidate list substances above 0.1 %

What does 33 require?

Any supplier of an article containing a candidate list substance above 0.1 % w/w must give the recipient sufficient information available to it to allow safe use, including at least the name of the substance. A consumer who asks must receive the same information free of charge within 45 days of the request.
