EU REACH Regulation (Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006) 32: Pass registration, authorisation, restriction and risk management information down where no safety data sheet is required

What does 32 require?

A supplier of a substance on its own or in a mixture that does not need a safety data sheet must give the recipient any registration numbers available, whether the substance is subject to authorisation with details of any authorisation granted or refused in the supply chain, details of any restriction, and any other available and relevant information needed to identify and apply appropriate risk management measures, free of charge on paper or electronically by the first delivery. The information must be updated without delay on new hazard or risk information, an authorisation decision or a restriction, and sent to all recipients of the preceding 12 months.
