Suppliers must update the safety data sheet without delay as soon as new information on hazards or information that may affect risk management measures becomes available, once an authorisation has been granted or refused, and once a restriction has been imposed. The new dated version, marked as a revision, is provided free of charge to every former recipient supplied in the preceding 12 months, and any update after registration includes the registration number.
