The owner or operator must review and update the offsite consequence analyses at least once every five years, and, if a change in processes, quantities or any other aspect of the source might reasonably increase or decrease the endpoint distance by a factor of two or more, complete a revised analysis within six months of the change and submit a revised RMP under 68.190.
