A copy of the plan and all revisions must be kept at the LQG and submitted to all local emergency responders (police, fire departments, hospitals and state and local emergency response teams that may be called upon), and may also go to the LEPC. An LQG first subject after May 30, 2017, or amending its plan, must then submit a quick reference guide containing: the types or names of hazardous wastes in plain terms with their hazards; the estimated maximum amount of each present at any time; wastes requiring unique or special medical treatment on exposure; a facility map showing where waste is generated, accumulated and treated with access routes; a street map of the surroundings (businesses, schools, residential areas) for access and evacuation; water supply locations such as hydrants and flow rates; on-site notification systems; and the emergency coordinators' names and 24-hour numbers (or the always-on-duty number). Quick reference guides must be updated and resubmitted whenever the plan is amended.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
