The plan must describe the actions personnel take in response to fires, explosions or releases under 262.260 and 262.265; an existing SPCC plan (Part 112) or other emergency plan may be amended to cover hazardous waste, and EPA recommends the National Response Team's Integrated Contingency Plan ("One Plan"). It must describe the arrangements agreed with local police, fire, emergency response teams, contractors, equipment suppliers, hospitals or the LEPC under 262.256; list the names and emergency telephone numbers of everyone qualified to act as emergency coordinator, kept current, with a primary and alternates in order (a facility staffed 24 hours every day may list the staffed position and an always-answered number); list all emergency equipment required at the facility, kept current, with the location, physical description and outline of capabilities of each item; and include an evacuation plan where evacuation could be needed, describing the signals, the primary routes and alternate routes.
This control maps to 2 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 2 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
