A RAM plan covering the life cycle tasks still to come is established, reviewed and maintained through the life cycle, includes the tasks judged most effective for attaining the RAM requirements (agreed between duty holder and suppliers), and defines the management arrangements: the life cycle and RAM tasks, a FRACAS applied from phase 7 with its records (technical data, maintenance actions, reports and corrective actions), every RAM deliverable, RAM acceptance tasks, constraints and assumptions, subcontractor management; reliability analysis and prediction, planning, testing and data acquisition; availability and sensitivity analysis and data; maintainability analysis and prediction, planning and logistic support evaluation. It is a living document completed in later phases where information is not yet available.
