Sovereignty and cross-border movement requirements and rules are documented; a comprehensive set of controls is defined and approved; functionality to enforce them is specified, designed and implemented, using cloud services to automate where possible (policy-driven tagging, prevention of resource creation or data transfer outside permitted locations, locality rules for data in use, in motion and at rest, access restricted by user jurisdiction); the controls are enforced consistently across every jurisdiction and environment; and ongoing automated monitoring and reporting evidences their effectiveness and flags violations for remediation. Where rules require, data for each jurisdiction is physically separated and derivatives are assessed; provider operational procedures, including support investigations and partner services, are bound by the same rules and the provider evidences its adherence.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
