An export licence may be used from any U.S. port unless it says otherwise; items not departed by midnight of the expiry date may not go under it unless BIS extends it or they were laden, on the pier ready for loading on a vessel at the pier, or delayed by exceptional circumstances accepted by BIS or Customs; undelivered items may be reshipped to the same consignee under the same licence within its limits after evidence and explanation are sent to BIS (reshipment to anyone else is a new export); when using a licence with BIS-approved name changes, AES name fields show '[new name] f.k.a. [original name]'.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
