Competition and Consumer Act 2010 Part IVD (Consumer Data Right) 56BZJ: Sections 56BZI and 56BZJ: never hold out as accredited, or as an action service provider, when that is not the case

A person must not hold out that it is an accredited person, holds accreditation at a particular level or authorising particular things, is an accredited data recipient of CDR data, is an accredited action initiator, or is an action service provider or approved as one at a particular level or with particular authority, if that is not the case (56BZJ, civil penalty). Doing so is also an offence (56BZI) with the same maximum penalties as section 56BN.
