The quality of processes and services is monitored continually against the quality management standards, and measurements are defined, planned and put in place to track how satisfied customers are with quality and with the value the system provides. Quality reviews of key processes and solutions are prepared and carried out. For those processes and solutions, quality metrics driven by goals and consistent with the overall objectives are monitored. Process owners and management look at quality performance against the metrics on a regular schedule. Overall results are analysed and reported, and improvements are started where appropriate.
This control maps to 3 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 3 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
