California Civil Code Section 1950.5 (Residential Security Deposits) h-2: (h)(2) Supporting documents and photographs sent with the statement

With the itemised statement the landlord sends the documents behind each repair or cleaning charge: for work by the landlord or its staff, a reasonable description with the time spent and the hourly rate; for work by others, a copy of the bill, invoice or receipt, with the provider's name, address and telephone number if not on it; for materials and supplies, a copy of the bill, invoice or receipt (or a vendor price list for items bought regularly); and for any repair or cleaning deduction, the photographs taken under (g) with a written explanation of the cost. Photographs may be supplied by mail, email, flash drive or an online link.
