Water of every kind, including ice and steam, that is used as an ingredient, in preparing product, for washing hands or for cleaning must be available in sufficient quantity, potable where it is used, fit for purpose, and free from contamination risk as the applicable law defines. Stored water must be managed to keep risk low. Its microbiological and chemical quality must be analysed as the law requires and at least annually, with the sampling points, scope and frequency set on risk, taking account of the water's source, storage and distribution and of earlier results.
This control maps to 4 controls across 2 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 4 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
