BRCGS Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 9 4.1.4: 4.1.4 Controlled access with visitor records, briefed contractors and visitors, and staff trained in security

Policies and systems must control access by staff, contractors and visitors, with a visitor recording system, contractors and visitors including drivers made aware of the access procedures, only authorised personnel in production and storage areas, contractors in processing or storage areas under a nominated person's responsibility, and staff trained in site security procedures.
