Water is tested for food safety as often as the risk assessment and current sector standards or regulations require, as part of the water management plan: at least once a year, and more frequently if the assessment calls for it (for example in controlled environment agriculture). Postharvest water that touches product is tested at least once in every season or cycle, sampled as close as practical to where it is applied, even if the supply is municipal. Every source is sampled, at representative points near the point of application, while it is being used on product and during the highest-risk period. A written procedure names the sampling frequency, the responsible person, the method, the laboratory and the sampling points, and all results are retained.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
