What does 3.5.1.5 require?

Where raw materials or primary packaging come from an agent, a broker or a wholesaler rather than directly from the manufacturer, packer or consolidator, the site must know who the last manufacturer or packer (or the place of consolidation) was and obtain enough information to approve them, unless the agent or broker is itself certificated to a BRCGS or GFSI-benchmarked standard.
