LP gas is loaded and unloaded under AS/NZS 1596. A liquefied gas may not be pumped into a storage tank or receptacle that sits inside a building unless the building was designed for, and is used solely for, storing Class 2 goods, or the state or territory dangerous goods storage law allows that use; the further conditions in 10.2.4.3 onward govern Division 2.1 and other gas transfers.
