Australian Dangerous Goods Code Edition 7.8 (Consignor and Transport Duties) 10.2.1.2-10.2.1.4: Restrictions on transfers in public areas, designated areas and enclosed spaces

What does 10.2.1.2-10.2.1.4 require?

Inside a built-up area open to the public, or within 15 metres of a building or other place where people are likely to gather (other than on the transfer premises), packing group I goods and Division 2.3 goods other than ammonia may not be discharged from a road vehicle, and no vehicle-to-vehicle transfer may occur. Where the occupier has designated a transfer area the vehicle must be parked inside it during the transfer. No transfer takes place in an enclosed space if it is likely to produce dangerous concentrations of dust, mist or vapour.
