A Supplier that has Customers on 1 April must lodge the clause 10.4.1 statements by: 1 April (or the next Working Day) if it is a Small Supplier on that date, or 1 September if an Attestation Deferral Notice has been submitted; for every other Supplier, 1 September (or the next Working Day).
