Australia Telecommunications Consumer Protections Code (C628:2019, Variation 1/2022) 10.1: Implement the Code Compliance Framework and register with Communications Alliance

Any Supplier that has Customers must operate the Code Compliance Framework, comply with it and, within one month of first acquiring Customers, register in writing with Communications Alliance giving a statement that the information is supplied under clause 10.1.1 (accepting that it will be passed to Communications Compliance and may be published), the legal name, ACN or ABN, business names and website URLs, and a nominated staff contact; notify changes to that information within one month.
