Students get clear and accurate information about the RTO and the training product and are told of changes that may affect them. The RTO shows: all information it or third parties give students is clear, accurate and current; how it identifies what information students need before enrolment and how it communicates it; that students can easily access the product code and title, duration, delivery modes and location, commencement dates and scheduling, entry and completion requirements including assessment, any licensing or occupational licence requirements and any third party delivery arrangements; the training support and wellbeing services available and how to access them; all fees, costs and charges with payment terms, refund policies and available government entitlements and subsidies; and any obligations or liabilities on students (materials, equipment or IT to acquire, withdrawal costs and processes, Student Identifier costs and processes, work placement requirements); that before enrolment or before any fee is payable each student receives documentation setting out the training to be provided, all fees and charges, and any obligations or liabilities the RTO or third parties may impose; and that students are told as soon as practicable of changes to products or operations affecting them, including transition of superseded, deleted or expired products.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
