Part 2-2: fraud and corruption control, debt recovery and officials' disclosure of material personal interests (sections 10 to 16DA) – Australia Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Rule 2014 (PGPA Rule)

Australia Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Rule 2014 (PGPA Rule) 13: Accountable authority's disclosure: an accountable authority with a material personal interest in the entity's affairs discloses it in writing to the responsible Minister, with its nature, extent and relevance, as soon as practicable and again on any change

What does 13 require?

An official who is the accountable authority must tell the responsible Minister in writing about any material personal interest connected with the entity's affairs, other than interests excused by section 12. The notice describes what the interest is, how large it is and how it relates to the entity's affairs, and is lodged promptly once the official learns of the interest; a fresh notice follows promptly whenever the nature or extent of the interest changes.
