The employer must give a workplace delegate access to or use of: a fit-for-purpose private room or area accessible to the delegate and eligible workers; a physical or electronic noticeboard; the electronic communication channels ordinarily used in the workplace, including Wi-Fi; secure document storage such as a lockable filing cabinet; and office equipment such as printers, scanners and photocopiers. It need not do so where the workplace lacks the facility, operational needs make access impractical at the time or in the way sought, or the employer has no access at the enterprise and cannot get it with reasonable steps.
