Saturday work, when required, must be at least 3 hours, and on a Sunday or public holiday at least 4 hours'. Where a continuous shift runs into or out of a part-day public holiday, the hours next to the holiday count toward the 4-hour minimum. On a recall under 22.2, the Sunday and public holiday 4-hour minimum in 22.1(c) does not apply, and neither does clause 21.6(b), which 22.1(e) names alongside it. An employee on weekend or public holiday overtime gets a paid 10-minute rest, paid as if worked, and a paid meal break under 22.8.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
