All overtime must be paid as a percentage of the ordinary hourly rate. Full-time and part-time employees: Monday to Friday, the first 2 hours at 150% and later hours at 200%; Saturday, 200% for sprinkler fitters; Saturday for irrigation installers and plumbing and mechanical services employees, 150% for 2 hours, then 200%, and 200% for any time after 12 noon; Sunday 200%; public holidays 250%; work started after midnight and before ordinary hours begin 200%. Casual employees receive 25 percentage points more in each case (175%, 225%, 225%, 175%, 225%, 225%, 225%, 275% and 225%), the casual loading having been added.
