An employee required to work overtime of at least 1.5 hours after completing ordinary hours must be paid a meal allowance, and a further meal allowance for every subsequent 4 hours worked, both at the amount in clause 21.8(b) of the current award (consolidated to 16 September 2026, read 30 September 2026). Supplying the meal or meals is an alternative to paying the allowance.
