Apprentices are entitled to every term, condition, amount and allowance elsewhere in the award, including the fares and travelling time allowances in 21.9, at the full rate unless clause 18.2 or clause 21 provides otherwise. The one exclusion is the special fixed allowance in 21.3(d).
