No employee may be paid below the minimum weekly or hourly rate for their Schedule A classification, as set out in the table in clause 18.1 of the current award (consolidated to 16 September 2026, read 30 September 2026), for the area where they work. The table runs from Worker Level 1(a) (new entrant) to Advanced Tradesperson Level 2 covering fire technicians and the sprinkler fitting and plumbing and mechanical services streams. Schedules C, D and E summarise the resulting hourly, overtime and penalty rates.
