Wages, allowances and other money must be paid by cash, cheque, bank cheque, electronic funds transfer or bank or similar transfer, or a mix. An employee paid other than in cash must be given reasonable time, as agreed, during working hours to visit the nearest bank branch to the workplace to cash cheques or draw on their account.
