An employee cutting tiles with an electric saw must be paid the hourly amount in clause 21.6(g) of the current award (consolidated to 16 September 2026, read 30 September 2026) while doing so. It is payable to every employee, including those on the industry allowance (21.5(b)), carries no penalty or premium loading, and only the highest of overlapping disability allowances is paid.
