An employee asked to hold the qualifications required by State bodies or other authorities for pressure welding, oxy-acetylene or electric, by hand or machine,, and required to act on them, must receive the hourly amounts in clause 21.4(b) of the current award (consolidated to 16 September 2026, read 30 September 2026) for oxy-acetylene and for electric welding, for every hour employed, whether or not they welded in a particular hour.
