The employer must pay each allowance under clause 21 to which the employee is entitled. All-purpose allowances are part of the regular weekly wage and must be built into all payments, including overtime, annual leave and loading, personal leave, compassionate leave, community service leave, penalty rates and termination payments. The all-purpose allowances are: industry allowance, plumbing trade allowance, registration allowance, special fixed allowance, fire sprinkler fitting trade allowance, the sprinkler industry disability allowance, the allowance for space, height and dirt money, sprinkler fitters adjustment, daily hire lost time loading, and leading hand allowance.
