When work stops because of inclement weather, the employer's site representative and the employees' representative must agree and note the stopping time, and once the weather has clearly passed they must agree and note the restart time. Where unsafe conditions from the weather prevent an employee doing their usual job, they may be moved to other on-site work within their trade until the conditions are fixed; if none is available, they stay on site and are paid for that time without it being deducted from their inclement weather credit.
