Subject to fund rules, the employer must keep making clause 20.2 contributions and paying authorised amounts during any period of paid leave, and during absence from work because of a work-related injury or illness for up to 52 weeks, as long as workers compensation, or regular statutory payments from the employer, are being paid to the employee and they are still employed.
