If inclement weather ends work on a pay day, the employee must be paid all money due without undue delay. Where an employee paid in cash or by cheque is kept waiting at the workplace for wages more than 15 minutes after their usual finishing time, the time waiting after those 15 minutes is paid at overtime rates, with at least 15 minutes paid.
