Australia OGTR Guidelines for Certification of a PC2 Aquatic Facility (Version 3.1) B33: Annual testing of testable backflow devices

What does B33 require?

Any testable backflow prevention device on the facility's water supply must be tested, and pass, once every 12 months; the test follows AS 2845.3 and is done by a licensed plumber holding accreditation for testing backflow devices. Failures must be fixed and the device retested until it passes, and three years of test results must be kept and given to the Regulator on request.
