What does B16 require?

Where work there uses GM micro-organisms, or GMOs able to persist on the facility's surfaces, decontaminants that work against the GMOs handled must be kept on hand in the facility. Every container of decontaminant, hand decontaminant solutions included, must show what it holds and its expiry date where it has one, and a decontaminant must not be used once past its expiry date.
