Australia OGTR Guidelines for Certification of a PC2 Aquatic Facility (Version 3.1) B12: Inspection at least every 12 months

What does B12 require?

At least once every 12 months a person with the necessary knowledge and skills, gained through training, qualifications, experience or a mix of these, must inspect the facility against the General conditions and the Facility and fittings conditions. The inspection must produce a report recording how far the facility complies; the latest three years of reports must be kept and given to the Regulator on request. The OGTR publishes an optional checklist for this, and reports are not sent in unless asked for.
