Australia OGTR Guidelines for Certification of a PC2 Aquatic Facility (Version 3.1) B10: Work not allowed in a PC2 aquatic facility

What does B10 require?

Unless the Regulator agrees in writing, the facility must not be used for: (a) dealings with GMOs that a licence or legislation says need containment above PC2; (b) keeping, housing or rearing non-aquatic vertebrates or invertebrates beyond the shortest time needed to finish the laboratory procedures on them; (c) growing plants that are not aquatic, unless they are an integral part of the dealing under way there; or (d) any other work the Regulator has prohibited in writing.
