Before delivering a support the provider declares its prices and conditions, including notice periods and cancellation terms, and records them in a service agreement; the Pricing Schedule 2026-27 states that providers must discuss proposed changes to existing service agreements with participants and participants must agree to the changes before they are made. Service agreements must not impose conditions inconsistent with the pricing arrangements, and in general a participant is not charged more than anyone else for the same support without being told of the difference and the reason (and never for goods, NDIS Code of Conduct s 6(2)).
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
