A registration continues past its expiry date only if the provider applies again under s 73C within the 6 months before that day; it then continues until the Commissioner decides. A registered provider seeking to extend, modify or reduce the supports it is registered for applies in writing, in any approved form, and answers further information requests within the period given (at least 14 days).
